Booking Notice of 4rd Round 「Spend-to-Redeem Local Tour」 Programme
  1. 一心旅遊之第四輪賞你遊香港本地旅行團僅接受透過填寫網上登記表格參加報名。不接受未經預約及未獲得確認通知的人仕自行親臨門市報名。
    Instant Travel only accept the booking of 4rd Round of "Spend-to-Redeem Local Tour" Programme local tour through the Online registration form. It is not acceptable to come to the office of Instant Travel to book the tour without submitting the registration form and getting the confirmation notice.
  2. 預約報名表將於2022年11月9日上午10:00開放登記。
    The reservation registration form will be open for registration at 10:00 am on 9 November 2022.
  3. 由於預約報名表使用Google Form製作，填寫前需先登入Google帳戶，如未有Google帳戶請提早註冊。註冊連結如下：
    Since the reservation registration form is created by Google Form, you need to log in to your Google account before filling it out. If you do not have a Google account, please register in advance. The registration link is as follows:

  4. 預約報名表需填寫與香港身份證相同的英文姓名、出生日期、身份證號碼；香港手機號碼；電郵地址；有效收據相片；有效新冠疫苗接種證明相片；出團日期。
    The reservation registration form must be filled in with the same English name, date of birth, and ID number as the Hong Kong ID card; Hong Kong mobile phone number; email address; valid receipt photo(s); valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate photo(s); the date of departure.
  5. 每個預約報名表最多僅可為1位同行人仕預留名額。
    Each reservation registration form can only reserve one quota for the companion.
  6. 名額有限，先報先得，額滿即止。即使已成功提交網上登記表格，並不代表已獲得報名資格，需視乎預約報名表填寫的資料是否正確及所選的出發日期是否已滿額(旅發局建議每個出發日期需預留少量後補名額，用於預防已獲報名資格人仕取消參加旅行團，因此由於先報先得，成功提交有效資料的報名人仕有機會只獲分配為後補名額)。
    Due to limit of quota, registration is first submitted first served, while the quota is availbale. Even if the online registration form has been successfully submitted, it does not mean that the registration has been successful. It depends on whether the information filled in the online registration form is correct and whether the quota of the selected departure date is full ( HKTB suggests that a small amount of waitlist quotas should be reserved for each departure date that be used to prevent the qualified applicants from canceling their participation. Therefore, due to the first-come first-served basis, applicants who successfully submit valid information will have the opportunity to only be allocated as a waitlist quota).
  7. 由於驗證消費收據及疫苗接種針咭等報名資料需時，請耐心等候，本社會於7天內透過Whatsapp通知獲得報名資格人仕及後補人仕，如閣下7天後仍未收到通知，代表您未獲得報名資格。
    As it takes time to verify the registration information such as consumption receipts and vaccination cards, please wait patiently. Instant Travel will inform those who have been qualified for registration by Whatsapp within 7 days. If you have not received the notification after 7 days, It means that you are not eligible to apply.
